All custom work is considered final once proof approval is provided. Due to the nature of custom production, such work is non-cancellable and non-returnable.

15. Promotions, Sales, and Discounts

All discounts, promotions, and special pricing featured on Cable Connection & Supply’s (CCS) website (www.ccs.inc) are exclusively applicable to online purchases. These offers are valid only while supplies last and are subject to limited inventory availability. CCS reserves the right, at its sole discretion and subject to manufacturer availability, to replenish stock for any promotional item(s). However, CCS is under no obligation to do so. CCS may, at its sole discretion, choose to extend an online promotion to in-person or telephone orders. However, CCS is under no obligation to offer or honor such promotions outside of online transactions. Furthermore, CCS retains the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.

16. Company-Initiated Cancellations

CCS reserves the right to cancel and, when applicable, issue a refund for any order, or any portion thereof, at its sole discretion and for any reason. Such reasons may include, but are not limited to:

• Promotional code misuse or bundling inconsistencies
