RETURN POLICY

Cable Connection & Supply (“CCS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to customer satisfaction and quality assurance. The following Return Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning products purchased through CCS.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted for standard, regularly stocked items subject to the following conditions:

  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition, and returned in their original, unopened packaging. All tags must be on garments.
  • Timeframe: Return requests must be made within thirty (14) calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Documentation: A copy of the original packing slip must be included, along with a written reason for the return.
  • Authorization: All returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number issued by CCS. Returns received without an RMA will not be accepted.

2. Restocking Fees and Shipping Costs

All accepted returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred in returning the product to CCS unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products designated as custom-built, special order, or modified to customer specifications.
  • Items marked as sale, final, clearance, or promotions.
  • Items that have been installed, used, or altered in any way.

Please carefully review product specifications and order details prior to purchase.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting CCS directly. If the order has already shipped, the standard return process and fees apply.
Custom and special-order items may not be canceled once production has begun.

5. Inspection and Refunds

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), CCS will inspect the product to verify its condition. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment, less any applicable fees, within ten (10) business days.

CCS reserves the right to deny any return or refund request that does not meet the criteria outlined herein.

6. Company-Initiated Cancellations

CCS reserves the right to cancel and, when applicable, issue a refund for any order, or any portion thereof, at its sole discretion and for any reason. Such reasons may include, but are not limited to:

  • Unavailability of product
  • Pricing or description errors
  • Website or checkout malfunctions
  • Promotional code misuse or bundling inconsistencies
  • Any additional related concerns.

In such cases, the customer will be notified, and any charges incurred will be promptly refunded.
